The crew of a 322nd BG / 449th BS Martin B-26 Marauder ‘Sit’n’Git’ emerge from their aircraft at Andrews Field, Essex after a mission. 'Sit'n'Git' survived the war having flown 156 combat missions. This commissioned work involved painting authentic likenesses of the crew members from contemporary photographs.
