After the Falklands War, 23 Squadron were stationed in the Islands until reduced to Flight strength in 1988 and the Phantoms were replaced by Panavia Tornado F.3 fighters. 1435 Flight is today equipped with the Eurofighter Typhoon. Oil on canvas.
